?Responsible for the management and maintenance of Concerto, Symposium & NICE reports as well as all other call center related reporting. Includes the building and developing of call center applications, acting as the liaison between the call center and IT.
?Ensure the call center is operating at maximum production.
?Meet with management on a regular basis to build production awareness.
?Assist in development and implementation of Call Center Reports.
?Analyst call center reporting, make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
?Develop and maintain cal center trouble logs.

?Advanced personal computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications.
?Excellent Access skills with ability to create databases
?Excellent Excel skills.
?Excellent Visual Basic skills.
?ntermediate SQL skills.
?Ability to import into a database through a multitude of support software, i.e. Concerto, Symposium and MortgageServ for the purposes of creating daily, weekly and monthly call center agent, as well as system productivity reports.
?Knowledge of Symposium and Concerto or similar software required.

?Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
?Strong trouble-shooting skills with ability to work independently, requiring little supervision.
?The ability to think independently to develop processes to reach maximum efficiencies.
?2-3 years call center experience.
?1-2 years previous mortgage loan servicing and/or customer service, collections experience a plus.
