I Need a Tutor $$$

I Need a Tutor $$$

I am trying to learn vb.net and could use a turor for
some problems I am having on a small project that I need help with:

The project is extremely small.

I do not have a lot of money but can pay xxx amount an hour or a estimated
total for the project below

Here is the scope of work:

I have:
Sql Server

Visual Studio 2003

DataBase named "DUDE"

8 windows xpPro workstations in 4 locations

Three tables already created with the following fields:

Table: Customers

fields:
custID: primary key
lastName: varchar
firstName: varchar
phone: number

Table: Reports

fields:
ReportID: primary key
custID: (primary key of Customers)
reportFrequencyinYears: int
reportName: varchar
reportDueDate: Date

Table: LoanInfo
fields:
loanID: Primary key
loanAmount: number
loanMaturityDate: Date

Table: Employee
field: empID
lName
fName
emailAddress

create a front end web page.

Employee ability to log unto web page

Main Menu with button to link to Reports web page

Reports page will have all the table fields except the keys

Employee editable/update/delete/save fields: phone
reportFrequencyinYears
reportDueDate
loanMaturityDate

additional logic:
system tarcks loanMaturityDate, reportDueDate
send email to Employee when 30 days from loanMaturityDate
send email to Employee when 90 days from reportDueDate
Print report showing all the fields above except the keys

Here is a basic use case:
Customer has borrowed money for a business

The loan has a maturity date of Feb.12,2006

Employee needs to know when maturity date is 30 daysfrom expire
system will send an email notification to the Employee
notifying about the maturity date

Employee needs to know when reportDueDate is 90 days from expire
system will send an email notification to the Employee
notifying about the maturity date

Create word document stating LoanMaturity date due
Autopopulate customer last name and loanMaturityDate into the word document

Create word document stating reportDueDate
Autopopulate customer last name and reportDueDate into the word document
