Whats the limit of IIS server 2003

RibbletonRibbleton Posts: 152Member
On XP you can only run one website. On Windows server 2003 how many can you run.

I need to know the limit - total number of websites?
and also is there a limit to the total number of websits running?

Kind Regards,

I don't think there's a set limit on the amount of sites, but I know its plenty anyway. The limitation I think is more about memory and CPU resources.

If you don't use IIS but apache instead, then you can run as many websites on XP as you like (or memory resources permit).
