It is possible to store apostrophe (') in SQL Server tables.
    Try the following:

    Create Table Test
    (ID int Primary Key,
    Data varchar(100))

Insert Into Test Values (1, 'This is an apostrophe -> ''. Other special characters are: !@#$%^&*()_+{}[]|/?<>,.')

    Select * From Test
