Hi, guys im designing a simple resistance meter using PIC. but im having trouble what kind of circuit that i would connect to the Analog input of the PIC. I am measring resistance of appliances in a parallel connection through an extension cord.
Do I use an opamp current to voltage converter? If so the output would be negative. IF its negative V do i need to invert the signal using an inverter op amp configruation
I was hoping that i could just read the voltage from a resistor like this to reduce the number of components to be usedhttp://www.ee.unb.ca/tervo/ee2791/meters.htm
can you guys help me with to come up with the most appropriate circuit for this
