    There are probably no such sites, because those are two of the newest versions. The only way to get the legal is to buy them, either from Borland directly, a site like Amazon, or a store in your town.
    If memory serves me well, then you can only download Turbo Pascal 5 for free.

    I seem to remember a free Delphi-like IDE, though not made by Borland. I think I found it on SourceForge.net

    Actually, there was one... In Germany, the computer magazine "c't" (http://www.heise.de/ct) had a copy of Delphi 7 Personal in one issue last year. It is only usable if you registered it. Unfortunatly, the registration-page doesn't exist anymore. :(

    Yes, Turbo Pascal is available for free as an antique, too.
