Calculated field

SaMoSaMo Posts: 36Member
Hi everyone!

I use the RowSet for getting the data from the database and later populate java beans with this data. The data to RowSet comes by means of running an SQL query. Could anyone explain how I can add the calculated field (logical field calculated based on other fields' value, not phisically existing in the database) to the rowset? I'd like to note also that calculation is quite complex, so it would be desirable to have it kept separately under some procedure. Is that possible?

Thanks.
