sql query w1th no result

ADOQuery1->SQL->Add("select *from satis where firmano=:no ORDER BY tarih ASC");
ADOQuery1->Parameters->Items[0]->Value=DBEdit12->Text;
ADOQuery1->Open();
when 1 use th1s code for query if there is no record 1t g1ves me a error that says ADOTable bof or eof 1s true how can 1 prevent th1s

    don't call First() if there are no records in the set. It tries to move to the "first" record but there isn't one.
