UI PROGRAMMER

UI PROGRAMMER

Requirements:
-Experience with multiple game play systems: 3rd person cameras, player control, AI systems, path finding, object systems, script interfaces, game user interface, save games, game level networking, etc.
-Must be able to work closely with designers, artists, and other programmers to develop gameplay systems that are fun, flexible, and efficient.
-Must be able to pull together components from existing systems and engine capabilities to build new systems and structures.
-3+ years game industry or related programming experience
-Ability to architect, program and optimize object-oriented C and C++ in existing or new systems, and with a focus on one or more game related specialties: tools, graphics, networking, AI, audio, physics, interface, Game Engine, and QA Programmer
-Ability to write clear, maintainable, portable code.
-Self motivated with demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently.
-Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities and solve problems.
-Must be able to accurately assess time requirements and complexity of assigned systems.
-Must be able to design systems thoroughly and break into manageable tasks
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
-Ability to collaborate as member of a team and work toward team goals.
