my Tomcat stops at 3 seconds

smile032smile032 Member Posts: 43
Hi,

my XP runs IIS at port 80, and it runs pretty for my asp n php. Now, I want to code for jsp so I install Tomcat 5.5.6. It installed successfully and I chose default port 8080. I run this server n it stops in 3 seconds. I run it again n it stops in 3 seconds again. I check this service over services.msc n I run this service, and I find the same action in 3 seconds, it stops. this , offcourse, causes 'localhost:8080' doesnt show anything . How can I solve this problem ???

thanks in advance.

What has this to do with the Apache webserver? This sounds more like a question for the IIS board.
