Instruction Set Lists?

Does anyone know where can I get...

a) List of x86 'general 32-bit' instruction set
b) Extended instruction set for a particular
processor or processor generation.
(??)

Since I'm posting in 'Assembler Developer', I mean the
actual op-codes in hex and and their mnemonics,
but I suppose you get that :)

I can't find it on Intel or AMD sites

    [blue]http://www.intel.com/design/Pentium4/documentation.htm

If you scroll down to the page bottom - there is a section called 'Manuals' - it contains the instruction codes, how the instruction contains the bits and even the optimization documents.[/blue]
