How Do I Open Python IDLE?

TheRealNapsterTheRealNapster Posts: 7Member
I am VERY new to Python, and I just downloaded the 2.3 version for Windows. I found the Python IDLE file, but I can't open it. If there is something else I have to do first, please tell me. Thanks.

You ran the installer and everything was OK? Did you try the shortcut to IDLE in the Python 2.3 menu under Start->Programs?
