Not programming exactly....IE question
I recently had to rid my computer of a trojan installation (I used info from the wonderful merjin.org to help me get rid of it). I also manually removed some registry keys via the documentation for the process.
Now, whenever I am using IE and I hit the enter key or the refresh key, the IE window goes out of focus (i.e. it becomes greyed out at the top rather than blue). I have to click on the page again to bring it back into focus. This obviously is very annoying when typing in text boxes on HTML pages.
Does anyone know where the registry settings, or any other settings, reside where I can get rid of this problem? I'm on XP with IE 6.0 (I think; not at that computer now). Thanks...
