How can I get accepted data from places like this 'Post Message'

    What do you mean by "display interface" or "program"? What are you trying to do here? Take content entered into a form, save it and display it? If so, JavaScript is no good to you, and I'm not sure what you mean with the =url thing. You need to do some server side stuff. That means learning a programming language, e.g. Perl or PHP - and that will take a bit of work.
