Installing Python interpretor on My Server

sambarsambar Posts: 1Member
You know who in Perl scripts you have that special code-line to point to the Perl Interpretor? (#!/usr/bin/perl). And it works fine too.

Well, I decided I want to install the Python Interpretor to the server too. But, #!/usr/bin/python doesn't work!

Help is greatly appreciated.

It [italic]should[/italic] work. Are you sure that it's installed there and that your regular login has permission to execute it? What is the specific error message you're getting?
