I am going to explain everything.

I have apache 2.0 running on Windows XP home edition. I am trying to get a website that works fine on http://localhost to work on outside computers so people such as you can see it. I am behind a wireless router. It is a linksys model # WUSB11. I have logged into my router using the ip 192.168.1.1 and went to port fowarding. Under Customized Applications for a name i put server.
Ext.Port are 80 and 80. Protocol TCP is checked. Protocol UDPis checked. IP Address is 192.168.1.100 is checked. But when i go to that ip adress nothing is there just page could not be displayed. i have set up a dmz host under the dmz tab ip adress http://192.168.1.102 but there is still nothing. I found my internal ip at whasmyip.com and that gave me nothing. I want my computer to put whats under localhost on the web so other people can see it. Somebody please explain a procedure for doing this.

also lets say i think the open ip is 192.168.1.104 because it also shows the site. What ip do i give people so they can see it.

192.168.*.* are all unroutable IPs - e.g. they are only for use inside private networks, not on the internet. You need the outside IP address of your router - not its internal one.
