find running applivcations / open windows

Hi,

does anybody know a way for a delphi application to find out what other applications are running on the machine and what windows are open (by window name)?

Respectively, how can a delpi app access same info as windows task manager?

Tnx Tommyjunge

Look into the FindWindow() API function. This will let you find any top-level window by specifying its name and/or class.

    Hello,
    For enumurating processes use:
    CreateToolhelp32Snapshot
    Process32First
    Process32Next

    For enumurating windows use:
    EnumWindows
