Hint needed

Hi all,

I need to write a Windows NT service with a client application that will interact with it for administration and configuration porpouses, I need a hint on what would be the best technology to develop such a thing.

I will use Visual C++ 6.0, and, as far as I know, I could use COM or RPC

Thanks in advance.

COM and ATL would probably be the best solution. As it is easy to create with the wizard a service program. I do not know much about them myself.
    Oh my god
    I can't deny this
I've been taught just to kill and fight this
To bury it deeper where nobody can find it
    Like nobody wanted to know
