I'm running an application that has a open connection to a SQL database.
This is a thin client with an internet based databaseso I am trying to simulate a connection break.
To test this I stop the MSSQLServer instance while the program is running.
In testing When I stop the MSSQLServer my ADOConnection still replies as CONNECTED=TRUE
Is there a way to detect a break?? Also I get the following error
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite(WrapperWrite()).] General network error. Check your network documentation.
Is there any way to supress these errors???
