hey!

yes, i know, php is simply text and i can edit it with notepad, etc.
still, i'd like an editor with html/js/php code highlighting. of course, it should be FREEware. thanx

    you should check out http://www.chami.com/html-kit/ --> HTML Kit...its freeware. it supports, HTML, PHP, ASP, JS, etc, etc.

    its great man. lots of nice features.

    what's with the syntax highlighting? The only requirment i have for an editor where i code php in, is line numbers! I only need to be able to go to line N instantly after i've been presented another parse error.
    Don't see the need for highlighting... [/blue]

    I can recommend you the "Crimson Editor", it's free, small and easy to use....got sintax highlight for almost....all avaliable languages. Even you can cuztomize your own highlights.
    Look for it in google. -;)
