See the difference between 8085 and 8051
The thing On-chip is an indication of embedding.
Have u seen PC AT/XT, the chips like 8254, 8259 etc were separate.
Today everything is embedded in a single chip which functions for all the descrete chips.

    Hello friends

I am dummy in Real time & Embedded system , so need a help about the following programs, this is actually my assignment & please try to suggest some books & websites to get some ideas

    Assignment
    1. Write a C program for to inactivate press “Alt+Control+Del”.

    2. Develop a C program comprising of 5 tasks , T1 through T5 which are activated by interrupt connected 5 free IRQ’s of a PC (assume available ).The priority of the tasks T4>T3>T2>T1>T5 each task should be a separate C Program file ,linked together as a modular programming Where the tasks are assumed to be dummies.

Please send the above programs & including comment line , because I can understand about usage of statements.
