I work with Delphi 7, does it support XP like icons? How? Is this support included within XPManifest?

You can use XP's 32-bit alpha layered icons just fine in any version of Delphi. You don't need XPManifest or anything other components to have this support. However if you use these icons on TImage for example, they doesn't show correctly on older windowses like Win95,98 and 2000. (except that Windows 2000 with SP3 supports XP icons)
