Apache Tomcat does not recognize subfolder

bigmbigm Member Posts: 1
I am using Tomcat 4.0
I have a folder called myJSP in the webapps folder.
I have already set the context path and all the JSP files in myJSP works fine.
The problem is when I add a subfolder myJSP/travel, Tomcat does not recognize that travel folder.
The files in travel include search.html and account.jsp.
If I type http://127.0.0.1:8080/myJSP/ in my browser, Tomcat shows me the list of files and the travel subfolder.
If I click on travel it takes me to that folder.
If I click on accounts.jsp , it displays it correctly.

Problem1:

When I go to search.html, which has a link to accounts.jsp, when I click on that link, Tomcat gives this message :

type Status report
message /travel/accounts.jsp
description The requested resource (/travel/accounts.jsp) is not available.

The link in search.html is correct, but I don?t know why Tomcat gives me this error.

Problem2:

If I have to directly type in http://127.0.0.1:8080/myJSP/travel in my browser, Tomcat gives me this error:

type Status report
message /travel
description The requested resource (/travel) is not available.

There is nothing wrong with the address I typed in because it is the same address that is displayed when I manually accessed that folder (after typing in http://127.0.0.1:8080/myJSP/ ) by clicking on travel.

Please help

Thanks.
