Matlab Question on importing Java

sarahphiasarahphia Posts: 1Member

I have a question that's been bothering me for a little while now.

I'm using Matlab to call Java functions. The problem that I have is I seem to only get one instance of each object. If I try and create another one, it remembers the settings of the old instance which casuses problems.

I was told this is because Matlab only has one java virtual memory. I tried clearing the matlab memory, but I still can't create a second, new object.

Is there a way to do this?
