Manually designed scrollbars

They simply don't work. I don't care if the (usually) draggable button of the
scrollbar is not draggable in my app, but when I use the scroll arrows, that button is never positioned correctly. Also, when I use the scrolls, the component that I want to be scrolled doesn't scroll correctly. Is there any skinnable scrollbar for Delphi 2? How can I relate the scrollbars to the component that I want to be scrolled?

    :
You could try the TScrollbox with the component in it, sized as you like it to be.
