I'm need to get handle of active application. I've tried this:

Handle := GetWindow(GetForegrountWindow, GW_OWNER);

But it's doesn't work. Is there any 'GetActiveApp' function?

    You need to use the Process32First() and Process32Next() functions for that. See the help files or the microsoft online SDK for more info.
