Hi!

i'm having a little problem here...

my 1st cdromdrive doesn't work anymore and i have to configure my rpmdrake to use the second drive...
i tried to switch the places of the drives by changing their places in my pc (and switching the plugs in the back of the drives)
etc. etc. etc.
but it didn't work...
i'm using mandrake 8.2

does someone know how to do this?

Regards

TFW

i don't have mdk8.x but i guess the format of the config file should be pretty much the same ...

assuming that the control center doesn't have any type of sources management and you need to edit it by hand, go to /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg, locate the entries for the cds and change the mount point to the one corresponding to the second cd. this should fix it.
