Frames: Get URL in address bar

Is there ANY WAY to get the targetFrame's URL in the address bar instead of the Frameset URL?
I uploaded a test site here:
http://home.earthlink.net/~joyforlife/FrameTest/Spectrumology.html
As you can see when going to another page the new frame's URL does not show in the address bar.

No, there really is no way to do this. And this is one of the (many) reasons a lot of web developers have for not using frames in their sites.

Thanks. I gather the only sensible use for Frames is with a photo gallery or something where the URL is irrelevant.

In my view the only time to really use frames is if you need to be as light as possible on bandwidth, or what you are doing cannot be done without them (at least not without creating a LOT of problems). But that's just me. :-)
