    Go and look up either:
    http://www.asciitable.com/
    http://download.desk.ne.jp/ (if your japanese)

    OR

    http://www.google.ca/search?q=ascii&ie=ISO-8859-1&hl=en&meta=
    And find one you like.

    HERE I did it... Take it...

    Dim pressed as Boolean

    Private sub form_keydown(keycode as interger,shift as interger)
    On error GoTo out 'this to check it does not exceed limit values

    if Keycode = vbKeyup or keycode = vbkeydown or keycode = vbkeyleft or keycode = vbkeycode
    pressed = true
    Dimluku as long
    select case keycode

    case vbkeydown
    do while pressed
    luku = luku +1
    if luku / 10 CLng(Luku/10) then upsc.value = upsc.value +1 'slower
    doevents
    Loop

    case vbkeyup
    do while pressed
    luku = luku +1
    if luku / 10 CLng(Luku/10) then upsc.value = upsc.value -1
    doevents
    Loop

    case vbkeyright
    do while pressed
    luku = luku +1
    if luku / 10 CLng(Luku/10) then upsc.value = upsc.value +1
    doevents
    Loop

    case vbkeyleft
    do while pressed
    luku = luku +1
    if luku / 10 CLng(Luku/10) then upsc.value = upsc.value -1
    doevents
    Loop
    end select

    End if
    Out:
    End sub

    private sub form_keyup(Keycode as Interger, Shift As Interger)
    pressed = false
    end sub
