If you are waiting for a certain time before continuing, you can use:
While Time$ <> YourTimeWend
This would make it loop until YourTime equals the time.
While x < 400x=x+1Wend
Loops until x is not less than 400.
Basically, it's the same as a Do-Loop. I don't know if there's an advantage to either.
