#include directive for ASP.NET pages.

I was using a frameset to bring multiple pages together when developing a website. I now would like to break out of frames but still include the separate aspx pages into a common page by using the include directive like classic ASP. I have taken out the @Page directive from the files to be included and I still get compile errors. I have even taken the step to use a regular .htm file to contain all of the pages using a table format. The files I wish to include but keep separate within their own code is a header, footer, and navigation page common to all pages within the website. I can find no references to how to do this for ASP.NET. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know soonest.
