Hi all,
I recently picked up a multimedia CD at a 99 centz store and brought it home to install. The disc contains all the necessary software to run and throws up an installation menu that must be followed sequentially. It requires Internet Explorer 5 to run and attempts to install it, however, even though it gives no error messages, when I proceed w/the installation it balks and tells me that Internet Explorer 6 is installed and it can only work w/version 5. Can this be overwritten? Obviously the installation program can't do it. The software in question is "Personal Professor" and it was distributed by a company called Future Graph. The tech service number included w/the CD has been disconnected so I'm guessin' they're no longer in bidness. Any suggestions? By the way, I'm using Windows XP folks on a Smartstep. Thanx
