Delphi, Paradox and Activesync

I've got an application written in Delphi, it shares data with an eVB app on the PDA. My problem is is that currently I have to go through a messy conversion process in Activesync to convert the Paradox tables my app runs on into the pocket PC format. Clearly it would be easier if it was converting Access tables but for various reasons its not possible for this product.

So my question is, is there a way of automating/scripting the actions I have to go through in active sync to convert my tables? Or will I just have to accept the messy way I'm doing it at the moment?
