list of header files and functions for c++?

Does anyone know where to find something like this? I've found lists in the back of books, but nothing complete. I've searched the 'net but still can't find a complete and comprehensive list of all standard c/c++ header files and all the functions associated with each.

u can find a comprehensive/entire list of function n header files in the program/compiler it self. if u goto the help section everything should be there. for eg: in turbo C++(dosmode compiler) typer a header file n keep the cursor on the hearder file and hit ctrl f1 or F1
u will get the entire list under that header file
    -tc
    tyron

I program mostly on Linux but I do on Windows as well so that will come in handy. Thanks. Does anyone know if there's one for Linux (debian distribution)? I'm guessing that the standard libraries are the same cross platform so this trick that was mentioned should work to get the needed information, right?

    if you are german:
Es gibt ein kleines, schwarzes Buch aus dem markt und technik
verlag, das heisst C/C++ New Reference, kostet etwa 10 EUR,
da sind die Bibliotheken und Funktionen auch noch nach Kategorie
    geordnet...
