ActiveX deployment

I created an ActiveX control in VB6 and inserted

it in an Access form. Everything worked fine until

I tried to open the Access form on another computer.

First I added the .ocx file to the new new computer.

Then I installed the VB6 runtime files.

Then I tried opening the Access form again and got

the same error message ("There is no object in this

control") I've tried un-registering, re-registering,

etc...any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
