    TC is a DOS compiler. You'll need to download a Windows compiler. There are at least three "major" ones, and two that you can get for free. MSVC++, BCC, GCC. MSVC++ can't be legally gotten for free. You can download BCC from Borland (their free commandline utilities). GCC is the GNU Compiler Collection. Probably the easiest way to install GCC on a Windows machine is to download the Mingw package or Cygwin environment, alternatively if you want a whole IDE then there is DevC++.
