I am working on a project. Does anyone know how I talk
directly to my ethernet card (no use of drivers) ?

What kind of documentation do I have to look for?

If you are running on Windows NT/2K/XP you cannot talk directly to the hardware, you'll have to go through the device driver. If you are running in Win 9X/Me you can talk to the device via port writes (i.e. _inp and _outp functions) but this will not result in portable code and I don't think you'll be able to access memory mapped regions without driver support (nor can you do DMA transfers).
