If I used the LBS_OWNERDRAWNFIXED flag for a listbox, how would I draw it and what would I have to do? Can anyone please explain the messages and APIs I'd have to use?

[blue]Respond on WM_DRAWITEM which will be coming to the parent of your listbox - your dialog - if it is a dialog. You receive it for every visible list item.[/blue]

Also, the ListBox will send you a WM_MEASUREITEM message when it's being created, in order to allow you to specify the height of the items. If you do not handle it, you will get 16-pixels (or something) tall items.
