Pulling info from subfrm and displaying in email message output

Hello,

A email is sent to individuals upon saving a new request. I can't figure out how to display many ID's (entered on the subform) that relate
to one ID on the main form.
My tables are tblProtoRequest.ProtoReqID=tblLotNum.ReqNum with a inner join.
The list of ID's will be outputed in the email message.
