A small airline company, AHCG Airline, has just purchased a computer for its new automated reservations system. You have been asked to program the new system. You are to write a program to assign seats on each flight of the airline’s only plane (capacity: 10 seats).
This system should have a password protection. And the trial version’s password is “AVIATION”. If the password is incorrect, the program will display the error message and exit the program.
The program should display the following menu of alternatives— Please type 1 for "First Class", Please type 2 for "Economy" and Type 3 for "Exit". If the person types 1, your program should assign a seat in the first class section (seats 6-10). If the person types 2, your program should assign a seat in the economy section (seats 1-6). After the selections you should allow the customer input their first name and last name. If the person type 3 the program will exit and print out the reservation situation and the customers’ name.
If the input other than 1, 2, and 3 the program should tell the end user the error information and allow them to reenter the choice.
After inputting the selection and name, the program should print a boarding pass indicating the person’s name, seat number and greeting. Please check on the program.
Use a single-subscripted array to represent the seating chart of the plane. Initialize all the elements of the array to 0 to indicate that all seats are empty. As each seat is assigned, set the corresponding elements of the array to 1 to indicate that the seat is no longer available. Use a single-subscripted character pointer array to store the customer’s name in first name and last name sequence (need to use dynamic allocation for the string).
Your program should, of course, never assign a seat that has already been assigned. When the first class section is full, your program should ask the person if it is acceptable to be placed in the economic section (and vice versa). If yes (y or Y), then make the appropriate seat assignment. Other then yes (y, Y), and then print the message "Next flight leaves in 3 hours."
If all the seats are full, the program will print out the message and the seat numbers and customers, names.
Please run the program thoroughly and find out the all the possible aspects of the program.
Need to use pass by pointer, and pass by reference.
Need at lease two functions in the program.
