copy and paste

Hi I'm using a Solaris machine from sun. I use emacs to edit my programs... my question is: Is it posible to copy my code and paste it in this message board? Just like I can do using windows. The browser I'm using is explorer. I don't feel like duplicate it by typing the whole thing.
I can copy inside UNIX editors and be able to paste it only in the UNIX editors. When I use explorer I can only copy and paste only inside explorer.
I guess that it will be the same in a linux machine.

Thanks.

Copy and Paste is much easier on Linux if you have a 3-button mouse, and GPM installed.
Just drag the mouse across the text you want to paste, then middle-click in the window you want to paste into.
