I've just D/l Borland Delphi 6 Personal Edition, ive played around with it a bit and have decided that i have no clue what im doing.

Does anyone know any good tutorial webpages or books, that start from the VERY simple things

    I could help you with simple assignments, and some explanations. There is a very good book about delphi, which covers a lot, while starting very basic. It is the "Borland Delphi # Developer's Guide" by Teixeira & Pacheco. # stands for a number. I myself have the version 4 and program in D5.
    I try to visit this board daily, so if you wish I could teach you from here.

    Learning pascal is also very useful because Delpi uses pascal here is a good web site http://cit.rcc.on.ca/pascal/howtopro.htm
