hihi,
in MS-DOS, i know if i do sth like this "dir >> temp.txt", the result will be dumped into the temp.txt file instead of showing on the screen!!
i would to ask, how can i get both results at the same time. i.e., i would like to get it dumped into the file as well as showing on the screen!!
who can give me a hand?

Look for the "tee" program, does just what i think you want. Some other nice utils on the FreeDOS site as well.
